I had high hopes for my first stay here, especially considering the $400 nightly rate and additional $75 for parking. I typically stay at the Sofitel or Mandarin when I visit, but wanted to try something new. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. Despite booking a standard room well in advance, I was placed in an accessible room upon arrival — something I didn’t request or need. I understand that hotels can occasionally become overbooked, but for the price and expectations set by this property, I would have appreciated proactive communication or at least a partial accommodation for the inconvenience. The room layout and features were clearly not designed for a standard guest experience, and overall, it made my stay feel less than comfortable. It’s disappointing that my first impression at this property was marked by what felt like a lack of care in room assignment and guest satisfaction. I hope future guests are given the experience they actually book — especially at this price point.

The staff were threat! The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The food not so great. The breakfast was along the lines of Denny’s and way too expensive for food that was basically frozen and reheated. I gave honest but polite feedback when checking out and the front desk credited me 70 dollars. Expected better food at a nice hotel. Thevlocatikn was good attending events in West Hollywood.

We stayed in Andaz many times before covid. There were drinks in room and bath robes were heavy white great quality. Current room removed drinks and down grade to cheap robes perhaps made jn india. The hotel lobby used to have fresh apples and healthy light snakes. Replaced with junk food such as potato chips. The hotel seem managed or owned by different mind set. Overall down graded a bit. It is still clean, Staff is nice.

Really pretty hotel but service was not great. We arrived and our room wasn’t ready. It took about an hour and a half to get checked in. It was frustrating because there weren’t really any accommodations provided for this inconvenience.
