The staff was lovely. I didn’t expect much at these prices. They have nice touches like the Nespresso machine that you would find at upscale hotels. Room was spotless. The old adage does not apply here you get a lot more than you payed for. The only thing that I would suggest is that you bring your own pillow. At these prices that’s the least you can do. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, not something you expect staying in the city. I have to come back to Los Angeles and will definitely book again. If you’re worried that you would find a crappy hotel at this price point. Book the room and you will be pleasantly surprised, just like I was.
