Nice updated room. Inconvenient location. Staff was ultra rude and couldn’t care less about the customers. It was also over priced and also charged for parking. I wouldn’t stay there again!

This hotel is ON Santa Monica Boulevard. Will it knock your socks off? No. Will you find anything to complain about? Also no. I REALLY appreciate this type of hotel - good location, cheaper than other places around, no frills, maybe slightly dated facilities, but staff doing well to keep the place nice. It's a well-run business. We'll be back.

Everyone was very friendly. The hotel is old and you can feel and see it. Housekeeping left the window to our hotel room, which people passed in front of, open all day while we were out and the next day, they didn’t even clean our room even though we had requested full service housekeeping.

Excellent housekeeping service. Very clean. Comfortable beds and linens for a budget hotel. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Even though open until 10 am even if you came in at 9 out of bananas and bagels. Should replenish throughout service hours. That is why I gave it 4 stars.

Dated hotel with some upgrades but carpet was smelly. Worst issue was noise all footsteps are heard even after moving rooms. Bed was clean.

Nice hotel.

This is the second time I stayed at the Comfort Inn Santa Monica. I will stay with them again, next trip. I don’t need much as out almost all day, just needing a bed/bath. Nice hotel, very pleasant staff, clean.
