When you check in, they tell you if you need check out late to let know, When I tried to do it, they said no or to pay $60 for 1 extra hour. Just don’t say something you can’t do.

The mattress was hard, uncomfortable and evidently all the rooms have the same type of mattress. There were staff members arguing in the hallway loud enough to wake us up. Front desk service and valet service were pleasant and helpful. There was no free breakfast, and the only coffee we found was at Starbucks. The room was clean. Even though we did not ask for housekeeping, someone came in and cleaned our room. We then specifically asked that no one come in, also put out a do not disturb sign, and again someone came in anyway. There were children playing and yelling in the hallway. We called the front desk, security arrived promptly and the children were quiet after that but once again some staff members began arguing loudly in the hallway, which we also reported. While playing blackjack in the casino, another player requested to look at our cards. The dealer said nothing and Javier had to tell the man no several times to get him to stop asking. It was an uncomfortable situation and we expected the dealer to intervene. We were satisfied but not happy enough with our stay to anticipate returning.
