I stayed at this property about 4-5 years ago & had an idea of what it would be like. The staff was really helpful, and probably is the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the property hasn’t been maintained in so many different ways. Check in was pretty easy, elevators are axis from the reception desk. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, there were so many different smells…food, tobacco, and other scents. The room was pretty drab; it was dark and looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The bathroom definitely could use a thorough cleaning, I could see mildew on the bathtub caulking. I hope that the property improves, because it’s located in a busy section of Torrance.

We were there for a soccer tournament. Room was clean. There was no soap. It says Breakfast included and there was only muffins and no coffee. I asked a reception where they may gonna make coffee and she said to give her 15 minutes. I would definitely say again for the price and the area. But I’d say at seven out of 10.

Needed a budget room for the night while plumbing was being worked on our house. Even at the budget price, I don't think the value I got was worth it. The room was very cramped even though I paid for the larger room, The space between one side of the King bed had so little space you had to turn your foot sideways to step out. Even though it had a kitchen area, you had to call down to request cutlery and dishes, etc.. Then they have you come down later to pick it up and carry it back to your room. Mattress was terrible, Shower dripped all night and the tub stopper didn't work so no bathtub. So many other problems with the room. Won't stay here again. Just a note, the staff was very nice, but were obviously limited in how they could try to help you. Oh and the "Free Breakfast" was a coffee pot and some individually wrapped little muffins set out on a little table at the entrance.

I called to be sure that check- in was at 3 p.m. and I was told it was. When i arrived at 3:30 pm, I was told it would be a longer wait because the person in my "assigned" room paid extra to leave late. I responded that wasn't my problem and i needed a room to freshen up as I had plans in an hour. After about 20 minutes, a man who i assumed was the manger came out to say, "OK, we've upgraded you. " The room we were upgraded to was on the 2nd floor at the end of a very long hall way. The elevator smelt like Marijuana and the hallways were dark. The room smelt like straight clorox was spilt in there. We decided to take the stairs back down to avoid the elevator smells, but the stairwell smelt like wet moldy carpet/socks. There were spiders in the bathroom and the counter tops were dirty. The staff were not friendly and the building wasn't secured after hours.
