Just a 2 block walk to the beach and convention center. Great restaurants downstairs and nearby, entertainment, and tourist attractions. Close to LAX and LGB. Washer/dryer on-site and a balcony with ocean views to enjoy your morning coffee. Free parking space in a secure parking lot right around the corner from the building.
