Musky smell. Carpet looked old. Hotel is next to the free way. I had a room facing the freeway. I could hear the cars all night long. I asked the front desk if I was going to hear the cars all night long at check in and they said “no”. That was a big lie

There was no towels in the room plus we weren’t able to take showers due to no cold water available in our shower. The next day (after our arrival) the issue was reported to front desk but we feel neglected as upon checking out our room we left the hotel and the issue wasn’t fixed yet. The hotel’s staff stayed that a manager will call us regarding the issue but no call has being received till now.
