The staff were courteous, the room was SPOTLESS, the breakfast was AMAZING, and BEAUTIFUL inside out. This is a very SAFE hotel, and my wife's FAVORITE place so far,,,,,,, we're already planning another trip back soon

The staff was one of the most friendly I have come across in year's of travel. However, I would probably not go back simpoly because of the elevators. They would either not come, you need a key to even go downstairs and that only worked about half the time. With all our luggage we needed to use the elevators on checkout day and it toook 10 minutes of waiting on two elevators to get to the lobby
