Air conditioning was great! Staff was very nice. Bathroom was not cleaned and overlooked. The bed is really uncomfortable literally hard as a rock. I picked this place due to location and because a previous person said comfortable bed. The mattress was really old and really bad. The property is going through renovation so some understanding for that but the bathroom had the last persons towel hanging behind the door, no face towels or hand towels and hair in the tub. Toilet also leaked on the floor everytime you flush. I hesitate to leave this review because the staff was so nice. Hopefully with the renovation they get new beds.

Older, small hotel currently undergoing renovation and updating. Friendly and helpful staff (or proprietors?). Great central location, excellent value for money. Easy, safe self-parking at no extra cost is a big plus in this area.

We reserved this room because it was close to the Korean festival. The lady at the front desk was super nice and let me park my car there and walk to the event even though I couldn't check in yet because it was only 9am. They also let me check in an hour early which was nice. The room was decent, nice bed lots of pillows. The only thing that they didn't have was an ice machine, but it was nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. I would stay here again

The rating of this hotel is 8, I expected a little more... Pros: good location, free parking, great service, new wall panels, no carpet. Cons: instead of mattress there was a 5 inch foam pad on the mattress box (!), no pressure in the shower (a trickle), day curtains had holes and looked dirty, a dirty shelf in the closet, and a very dirty bed's foot board. We had reservations for two nights and left after one. I have never done this before. I think we left the place cleaner than we came. We used up a pack of disinfecting wipes and a half of it went for the foot board. It looked like the hotel is going through renovation which is good, but we were rented an unfinished room.

Not the first time staying here and they haven’t disappointed. Located near the Wiltern, it’s a reasonably priced hotel. Under new ownership and remodeling taking place, if you don’t mind the sounds of construction during the day, this place is great!
