The staff were all excellent. Out TV went out twice and there was a problem in the bathroom which were all handled very quickly. The problem I had was with the sheets, comforter and pillows. The sheets were extremely hard, the comforter was lumpy and the pillows too soft. It made it difficult to sleep. The woman in the dining area was rude. She was not willing to go any extra steps for the customer. Not good, since this was the only food option inside the hotel.

The property and the rooms were very clean. Shopping, entertainment, and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Rooftop pool a plus!!! I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel and the area around the hotel outside were a bit noisy at night. However the hotel itself was ok, we enjoyed the rooftop pool a couple of times and loved the location next to the harbor where we enjoyed dinner a couple of nights
