Look somewhere else

Extremely filthy, cigarette burns in bed and curtain. Fridge not working. Microwave and fridge covered in old food. Mattresses covered in stains. Old cigarettes and ash tray left in an open access port for plumbing. Front door did not open easily. Homeless living under stairs. Employees were nice.

Location and free parking were good. Front desk service was very friendly. Our room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. The smoke detector was missing with wires exposed. The phone didn't work to access front desk.

Back door to patio was broken & wouldn't lock, needed to tie with a phone cord to keep shut, when reported to front desk the woman thanked me for fixing it. A couple was smoking a crack pipe on the steps leading to our room...enough said, don't stay even if they pay you to be there!

Look, I stayed five nights attending a convention, which meant I needed a place to crash at night and within walking distance of the convention center. This met my needs at a very reasonable price. The place is old and a bit run down. The room was cleaned daily. It’s a block or two away from redeveloped areadscloser to the waterfront. There are a good number of folks living on the streets but none were panhandling or aggressive. I wouldn’t make reservations there for my wife, but certainly would for me.

Quite run down and wish I read the reviews before about bedbugs, it was a nonsmoking room but the room smelled like smoke, quite disappointing, I will never stay here again, the price doesn't reflect the conditions

I can honestly say that the only good thing about this property is the employees. The employees were great. But the facility and the people living at this place are disgusting. Drug addicts yelling at each other, homeless people trying to get in my room. Graffiti on the walls inside and outside of the rooms. Roaches everywhere! Dirty mattress and blankets. Left a day early.
