Booked a very expensive suite, and received a low-floor room that was incredibly subpar. Bare minimum decor, low quality furniture, hard bedding, terrible pillows. The room was large, but looked barren and uninviting. Part of the reason was it was an ADA room, which I would not mind, if not for it was listed as a bookable option which I did not select. The property and location were fine, but you can get better value elsewhere.

Everything was great except the shower head is too high, horrible water pressure , not enough hot water, hence I rated Good The bedding, and amenities are good. Found it strange but parking was not in hotel building but instead had walk across to parking lot and bit of a walk.
