It was an average experience. Location was not too bad but there was a group of unhoused people at the hotel over. There was parking available at the time we arrived but it was a SUPER tight squeeze. We did arrive pretty late so when we arrived, the front desk employee was asleep lol I had to say hello twice. I was disappointed that when I called earlier I asked if I could get late check out and the person on the phone said sure that he’ll just add it for free! When I got there, I confirmed with the front desk that I called and I had complimentary late checkout and the employee there was not aware that I called and said that late checkout is $25. Besides that, room is pretty modern, just a bit dingy in the furniture. I probably wouldn’t come back personally but it’s an ok choice if you’re on a budget and want to be walking distance from hollywood

Great value for the price I paid for a Thursday night. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice and water pressure was awesome. Front desk guy was super nice. Parking can be tight if hotel is busy. Did hear some road noise.

Nice hotel overall, but the main drawback is its proximity to a busy street. The noise levels inside are quite high, which makes it difficult to sleep.

Good hotel for price but computer was down so mgmt has got to get that together (check in and check out took far too much time). Place could use a rooftop patio or some place to hang. Maybe we couldn’t find it? All the basics are there. Could use warmer color temp bulbs in bathroom.

Clean room and super friendly staff. Usually people in Los Angeles are rude and disrespectful and they had the attitude. Oh my gosh, I have to work and take care of a customer. But the staff at this particular hotel was extremely friendly and it was real.
