There is a clear difference in personal interactions with Montrose employees and any highline hotel. Let me be clear: Everyone is helpful and courteous. But that subtle difference that makes a place truly shine is missing. An example is in the verbiage used to answer the phone, check someone in and address issues. "Its my pleasure, thank you" "Oh I apologize about that but it will be handled immediately" "would you mind holding for just a moment and I will check right now" (instead of "O
ne minute" and a click as I am put on hold.
The little things make a BIG difference. Just some training...along with a team who understands and enjoy displaying example after examply, daily, of great service.
Again, Montrose is better than 90% of hotels. Another ladder rung up would be the attention to detail and utmost courtesy in
every interaction.
