I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at The O Hotel in Los Angeles. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the property. The hotel had a modern and stylish feel, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A standout feature of my experience was the exceptional service, particularly from the General Manager, They were incredibly attentive to detail and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Their genuine care and proactive approach to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Overall, my experience at The O Hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and guest-focused hotel in Los Angeles. The combination of a great property and exceptional management made my stay truly memorable.

The bathroom doors are supposed to slide on a runner, but are off the tracks, so every time anyone in any room nearby slides the bathroom door open or closed, everyone can hear it and it sounds like a freight train rumbling through. Location is great for downtown activities, and has the hum of normal city noises.

The O Hotel is a quaint boutique hotel that meets your basic needs. Close walking distance to the Convention center and other restaurants/shopping in the area. They refer you to use the parking garage that basically shares the wall of the hotel. No issues parking there and super close to the hotel doors (the smell of the elevator was a bit off). The included continental breakfast has your basic needs met- bagels/cream cheese, yogurt, apples, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, ok, milk, croissants, mini muffins, coffee, etc. The room isn’t super spacious but was clean and cozy. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you don’t need a pool or jacuzzi.

The first floor has done a lot of work and it's gorgeous. My room was visibly old, worked on, but it was alright. The water in the sink had some to little pressure at times. The shower was great. Lots of towels. The bed was well used, but okay. Everything I looked at was very clean. The employees were all kind, courteous and helpful.

AC did not work, they changed us room but it was only one bed and they accommodated one foldable bed. Parking was 30 dollars and breakfast was very limited. Gym was two blocks away from the property.
