Booked a king bed, was told at check-in that all that was available was 2 queens but don’t worry there is no extra charge. There should be a refund! I don’t want 2 queens! Carpet is wore out! Tape holing carpet together in hall way. Looks like in its day it may have been a nice hotel!

Reserved & Paid for a king bed— We were told they : “ didn’t have a king and can put us in 2 queens in a super quiet room”— it Was NOT QUIET ALL NIGHT with the CONNECTING ROOM! Lady on phone LOUDLY all night!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!
