Overall very nice. Apon arrival I had my vehicle at the valet. The service was excellent.At the check in counter they had two people working and a long line (three days later) at check out it was the same. The pillows on the beds have no support they get flat when you lay on them so I woke up with a sore neck. I pre paid for breakfast upon arrival for breakfast the hostess did not greet us ignored us while talking to someone in front of us and after standing there for a while looked at us and said (sarcasticly) someone will be with you and walked away. Someone else came and sat us on a wobbly table that made all the drinks look like they would spill. Lets just say they have lousy service at the cafe. Our waiter hardly came by.I had breakfast the following day it wasn't any better.

I checked in to my room, changed to go to the pool, and stepped into the bathroom. I opened the toilet lid, and the seat was covered with fresh urine. I took a photo and went back to the reception desk. She asked if I’d like to change rooms. Would I like to change rooms!? I would have liked a full refund and to change hotels entirely, but I didn’t have that kind of time, The “upgraded” room they gave me had threadbare carpet fraying around the edges. Do not recommend.

Stayed here during Anime Expo. If you want a place that is a bit away from the big event, this is a good choice. It's a lot quieter than the places by the convention center. The downside is you will need a ride to the event, but there is a shuttle service available. There's also a cafe and restaurant if you want easy food options.
