The room was clean and put together

I really appreciated the hotel serves, they were able to get us into our room early. Which was good cause my friend and I had to get ready for a concert that night. The added amenities such as makeup wipes and nail polish remover. Were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was decent, the usual hotel breakfast options (waffles, sausage, eggs, muffins, etc). over all I would recommend.

Everything was great from the workers to the location, from the food to the check in and out experience. Only problem i had was the parking. The hotel was booked and there wasn't enough parking so they stacked us like tetris blocks abd my car got scratched. But other than that a great place.

The staff and the rooms were very nice but the parking was horrible and they charge you $25 per day even though you are a guest there. The underground parking is dangerous and unsafe. They pack you in like sardines in a can.

The room was clean and the check-in was super smooth. Overall, most of things went well, except for a couple of things: 1- I asked for a room service and was shocked that I have to pre-schedule it before at least 24 hours! 2- We stayed three night, and supposed to have three breakfast meals, but due to very limited options, all with port products, we could not have any! There was omelette eggs that has bacon. Also there supposed to be omelette with cheese but the tray stayed empty for more than 45 minutes and never get refilled. They provided sausages but also pork based. As a hotel located within "LAX" airport area, they should have considered all the people and consider vegetarian, vegan, people don't eat pork products and all other classes. This was really annoying, I have not talk to anyone there and I should not since they should be considering these things. I have my family and kid with me and one of things that let me choose the hotel was the breakfast inclusion but this was disappointing.
