The room is clean parking was really close to the room very easy to get in and out of the property. The manager and staff were extremely friendly we were having trouble connecting to the cable manager didn't hesitate for a second she went straight to the room and helped us set it up was done super fast and they were friends we stayed three days two nights. I love that we had an iron ironing board microwave refrigerator and hair dryer. My husband and I especially loved the refrigerator and microwave I saved us a lot of money on having to go out to eat. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family and I would definitely be coming back for our next getaway.

Room was clean , but the bathroom was dirty and at night a lot of cockroaches coming from the bath tub, we had to closed it with toilet paper and the most important thing the mattress was no firm and uncomfortable .

They shorted us on towels. They checked us out in their computer so our key wouldn't work on the 2nd day We needed to go to the office to get itcorrected. Fireworks were being shot off ex t to us. No one is in the office in the evening and early morning.

Ended up leaving and going to the Marriott. I didn't expect much at this price point; however, I was at least hoping for a clean and safe room. It appears that there are new rooms on one side of the parking lot (as shown in the photo), but that's not what I got. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink, no shower curtain, no phone, missing lightbulbs, one towel, no way to secure the door from the inside, and a chair that I wouldn't even let my dog sit on. The pool was empty and looked like it hadn't been used in a long time, but a nice photo was included in my Expedia travel confirmation email. Now begins the battle to get my money back. By the way, the Marriott was great.
