The "Family Suite" has no privacy. There is no door separating the 2 "rooms". The bathroom is so compact you have to stand between the toilet and tub to close the door. The elevator was not functional and had not been for days. We were not notified of this which created more of an issue as we were on the second floor and my husband is disabled. We purchased the insurance through Expedia, but learned Best Western would not honor it. They told us we could not get a refund or change rooms. We have stayed at Best Western locations many times before and had great experiences. This location did not meet that mark.
