Front staff was amazing. Parking not was dangerous due to ice, pretty pour conditions for a week after the storm. Bathroom shower was cracked and dingy looking. Breakfast was exceptional and overall a good stay but the parking lot and the bathroom couldn't go without notice.

The hotel front desk staff Chyna was very polite, friendly and helpful at check/in suggesting restaurants and places to go. She gave the option of the floor to stay on and explained where the closest parking spot was. The room was very nice and clean, there was plenty of space, there was an extra comfortable chair, and the bed was comfortable. There were several T.V. channels including HBO which was nice. There is a great Cracker Barrel restaurant in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Outside is perfect New renovated And the lobby too looks new But the rooms are deception and breakfast is basic Not at all like Holiday inn express Not what I am used too I travel a lot Liked to take Fairfield’s but now they seem to (let go the hotels) Very disappointed and was still expensive Maybe we have the poor rooms when reserving by Hotel.com …. It’s not an 8.4 Wondering??

The room was good but the shower was designed it splashed water back into the floor and it was soaked. The bed needs to be replaced as one side was really worn out. Check in was good.

The manager told us to park in a location near a door that did not offer external entry. When questioned she said use your key but there was no external handle so you couldn't open the door. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. I ended up standing in line 3 times to get my room. She did not inform us of the $42.00 card hold in addition to the room cost.

Room was not what was reserved. Reserved room with roll in shower. Clerk mistakenly gave to another customer thinking it was me . Was told that the room was not guaranteed because I reserved through a third party and i dhould have called hotel direct to confirm. Given a room that was said to be accessible but only had on hand rail at back of shower. I had to hold on to the open bathroom door to get in and out of shower. Very disappointed and frustrated.
