Fantastic experience

This hotel is right beside the dock for Arnold Ferry's. The room was very nice and clean. Noise was a little issue but little kids get excited on vacation (ours is grown). The parking was good, staff is friendly and helpful. This is our new Mackinaw City favorite place to stay.

Not recommended, very old property and not updated, decent size rooms but muddy odour which might affect your stay, location is good everything near by walking distance within 10-15 mins, also lots of flying insects in summer time which might affect your experience (Flying insects are all over city so its nothing related to property), must check the proper description when you book the room specially for view (I am very disappointed because i booked for Lake View Room but i got the parking view when i told front desk she told me you booked the lake view not lake front and i understand but i got parking view only).

The First Lady was nice but you got locked away from the lobby and have to go across the street to a rude lady and then the coffee was horrible. The hot tub had parts coming off and some nasty looking rust floating that a fellow man pulled out and sat to the side. There was no one to talk to about it cause the lobby was closed.

Room was clean besides for a very musty smell. Disappointed the outdoor hot tub was not working, top balcony near hot tub is full of moss, chairs thrown around and very unkempt.
