Room 323 had a bed bug infestation. I was bitten all over my face, shoulder, and arm. I had to leave immediately and throw away all of my belongings, since bed bugs are invasive pests and cause irritating, painful, and burning insect bites. I have lost about $710.00 of personal belongings and the hotel room was nowhere near that amount. No one has issued the refund. No one has contacted me about the injury and damages. Just silence. Not only am I disappointed in the vustomer care, my face and left side of my arm is inflamed because of an allergic reaction to the bites. Someone needs to contact me ASAP about my refund, and pest control/pesticides need to be administered immediately in that structure.

The room was very nice. Had lots of USB and electrical outlets. Had a light and dark shade for the window that worked better than most hotels I’ve been in. Nice suitcase rest area, with plenty of hangers in the enclosed closet. TV was good size for the room with good channel selection. My room door lock however would not lock from inside the room. This did not concern me a lot as the electronic door locks would not allow the outside handle to work unless a key card was used. It also had the extra security device on the inside of the door that prevents people from outside the door from bursting in if you opened the door slightly. A bit more substantial than the chain style. Only other suggestion for this hotel is I would have liked to have an in room safe available.
