Here is the recommended write up for the Arenal Suites Arenal Suites is a magnificent spot. It’s a modern and comfortable apartment in a prime location. It’s located just a few steps from Plaza del Sol with all its entertainment and fine shops and restaurants. Still the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The suite is serviced by a reception desk manned 8 hours a day with friendly and helpful staff. We were two couples and initially we were worried that the apartment only had one and half bathrooms but it was manageable. The main bathroom has double access which made it convenient to schedule shower time. We had a good time and recommend this suite.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!

Arenal Suite is the most wonderful property I’ve stayed in on a city break like this. Absolutely amazing location, incredible communication from Christian (especially when our flight was cancelled and plan changed) - he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. The apartment itself was stunning - so clean and spacious with lovely decor, fabulous bathroom, comfy beds and everything we needed. Definitely planning to stay again - thank you Arenal Suites and Christian! We had the best time!

Our first time to Madrid. Picked this place because it was a great price. Glad we did because it is in an amazing location and close to a lot of historical sites. Building is very sound proofed. For how loud it was outside, we could not hear it in our unit. Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

This apartment is lovely--fantastic location (pedestrian street, two minute walk from metro Sol, lots of food, upscale groceries, 15 minute walk to Prado etc.) The bed was great. the a/c was great, lots of room, great hosts. The only flaw is that the wifi is not that good. We just used our phones but if you had to work, this would become an issue. Fantastic place overall.

Location, location, location. Property was centrally located to everything. Sebastian, the attendant and property manager was extremely nice with advice on restaurants and places to visit near us. Very clean unit that looked like it was newly remolded. Would absolutely recommend!

If you come across this gem, book it! Extremely clean property and spacious. We fell in love instantly. Cannot rave about it more to our family and friends. Stunning. The staff and apartments are both excellent. Christian is a great host and went above and beyond, really welcoming. The apartments are spotless, modern and very spacious. The location is perfect, Puerto Del Sol is a 2 mins walk, Plaza Mayor and number of other places less than 10 mins. Supermarket is behind the apartment for supplies. Loved this place, will definitely be back!

Such a great spot near Puerta del Sol in the heart of Madrid. Right across the street from a grocery store, restaurants galore, shopping galore and super easy access to transportation across the whole city (or easily walkable to so many sites as well). Was the perfect spot (we stayed twice over two weeks in spain) for our family, will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Arenal Suites (2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child). The unit was clean and the staff was super friendly. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Almost Everywhere was walkable. When we did need to get around outside of the city, we used Uber. We were there Easter week, and the city was a little noisy, but nothing that ruined our stay. We felt very safe while visiting and had an amazing time! Communication was super easy with WhatsApp. The only thing I would note is- the place is a bit hard to find. We got into the city around 7am, and we stored our luggage in the luggage locker place right next door that the staff recommended. Our unit was ready by 1:00 and we were able to check in a bit early. We did have some issues finding the entrance, but the staff was easily reachable to help. We would certainly stay here again!
