Great foe family stay in the center of Gran View!

Spacious and well appointed apartment right in the center of Gran Via Avenue. Very convenient with fun views. It was nice to be able to open windows and see the activity below but sound proof windows and high quality shades provided privacy and quiet. Staff was kind and very helpful when arranging taxi to airport but communication on check-in process, laundry and access to pool/towels could have been better (clearer).

Overall all happy with this property. Sink in the bathroom was annoying as water sprayed everywhere. Ended up using sink in kitchen. Also, they had washer but no dryer in the unit.

We loved our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Gran View apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a terrific terrace with great views of Madrid. The location was perfect--right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants and easy walks to many tourist attractions. There is also a fun rooftop bar with more great views--cool to have a drink up there and watch the sunset. It was a little noisy (traffic and sirens) at times, but the location and the awesome apartment are worth it. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff at Gran View Apartments was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed 5 nights on a 12th floor apartment with gorgeous views. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all that we needed, including separate living room and dining room, and a fully equipped with refrigerator, cooktop, washer and dishwasher. The building is just steps away from public transportation, grocery stores, shops and restaurants. However, be aware that convenience also comes with lots of traffic noise.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is within the city and accessible to everything especially the metro. My only comment was we specifically booked this apartment because of the swimming pool. I sent the property an email to inquire if the pool will be open on our stay nobody replied. When we arrived the pool is under renovations. My son is autistic and he loves the pool that’s why we always book hotel/apartments with it. A reply would’ve been helpful so we can prepare him.
