Clean, modern hotel in a central location.

Very clean room and hotel overall. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, plazas and tourist must-do spots like plaza mayor and the royal palace. Also convenient to 3 metro lines.

Wish we had had longer in Madrid. We were blown away by the city and by this hotel. It was clean, beautiful, the staff was super friendly, especially when I said in Spanish that I was still learning the language. The receptionist was patient and happy to speak clearly and slowly with me. He really made me feel comfortable and welcome. We were always greeted with a smile. We had a terrace in our suite and it really made our stay extra special. We cant wait to come back to Madrid and when we do, we will absolutely be staying here.

This was our first time visiting Madrid. The hotel was very nice and the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Although we speak very little Spanish, the person at the front desk spoke English very well. Our room was very large and clean. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel whether you are staying 1 night or several nights as we did.

The location is awesome! Close to so many must see and must eat places! There is never a shortage of restaurant/cafe, very diverse in food selection as well. It’s also near 3 of the must try churros (I love churros!). Breakfast though could have been better. I love that they make your eggs and bacon upon request but I wish the food selection for the buffet was different everyday or at least every 2 days but it was the same every single day for the 7 mornings we were there. Even the fruits didn’t change. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Boutique Hotel wonder in Madrid!

Had a wonderful two days stay at Palacio San Martin! For the moment we checked in the staff was extremely friendly and even were able to give us an early check-in. The entire hotel is meticulously, clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet had numerous options and also had cook to order eggs. The location was perfect since every thing was walking distance with a nice plaza right in front of the hotel.. would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Madrid!
