We arrived late and check-in was easy. The rooms were tight but very clean and extremely quiet. The location was surprisingly convenient and easy to get to our destinations. We did not try the breakfast buffet but did enjoy drinks in the lounge in the evening. I got a kick out of the antique elevator and used almost every time!

Friendly and attentive staff, able to help with any needs like taxi, iron, etc, Nice looking facilities and great location. Restaurant options at hotel were a bit confusing so we do not have a review for dining there.

The hardest mattresses in the whole of Madrid can be found in this hotel. Staff could be much much friendlier! I didn't receive VIP access properties benefits I should have received. Like the upgrade and free drink

My room was goog, my friend’s room was regular. Bathroom smelled humid. The plaza in front of the hotel was dirty and had people sleeping in it. Ihad stayed before and it was’nt like that
