The room is very small with no table or bench to have suitcase on, it needs suitcase rack. You can't set the code for the safe , staff give you the code which is very strange. I am not a big person so the small washroom/shower didn't bother me.

The hotel was great, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the only downside was we had a hot tub in our room and the jets didnt work. otherwise was great and in a great location

The room was so small that we had problem to let open our suite cases and walk easily in our room, the shower and toilet was so small that I never saw such things in my life , no extra trash can in room , for our trash we have to go to use small trash can in toilet and not extra trash bag, the refrigerator wasn’t working , in the night was so could , we changed temperature but it didn’t work , by entering this hotel room , it smelled of mold and I have strong allergies for that so I used my mask to sleep , it wasn’t at all good experience with this hotel room ,I would never come back to such cheap place with such price ,the only positive site of this place it was in the center of Madrid .

Nice hotel Great Location.

We stayed here for a night as we flew in and were leaving the next day. The hotel is in a great area near everything so that was very convenient. We had no issues here as everything was nearby. When we checked in on 8/24/25 at around 1pm the gentleman at reception wasn’t very friendly but he wasn’t nasty either. Just one of those people that show very little charm but that’s ok. The area is lovely, lots to do and eat around. I’d stay here again because of its location but don’t expect any luxury.

We loved staying here! You can’t beat the location, right off Gran Via and so close to everything. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, and the few times we needed the metro we were so close to the Gran Via stop. Front desk workers were so kind. The AC in the room was amazing in the Madrid heat, and although the bathroom was small, the shower had awesome water pressure. I was worried about being so close to a busy street but I felt so safe here as there were multiple places you needed to insert your key to enter, and the desk was staffed 24/7. Amazing price too. Would 100% stay here again.

Overall a decent stay. The location was convenient to the Gran Via metro station, shops, and dinning options. Check-in was fast and welcoming. The room had interesting decor, good AC, mini fridge for food/drinks, rain shower, a small TV and Juliet balcony. However, the executive room could be elevated with better bedding, a padded bench instead of a kitchen chair, upholstered headboard, extra toilet paper, hand towels, a reflective sign so maids can see before opening room, and a water dispenser in the common area.

Hotel JC rooms Chueca. Esta ubicado en una zona accesible a centros turísticos importantes. Se puede caminar y encontrar buenas opciones para comer. El hotel es pequeño, especialmente el baño. Sin embargo es limpio, el personal es atento y colaborador. Tiene excelente sistema de ventilación.
