If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. If you want a 5 star hotel experience without paying the 5 star price then this is the place. We were very impressed with the service, hospitality and cleanliness. It's also very conveniently located to many popular spots.

We come to Madrid quite a lot and always book this hotel. We truly feel like weā€™re home, it is right in plaza EspaƱa and a walk away from gran via. If youā€™d like it is also walkable to other parts of town like Salamanca and el Prado (if you donā€™t mind walking long distances). The staff is quite lovely, we couldnā€™t love this place more!
