The rooftop bar was excellent with wonderful views. The breakfast was probably one of the better European breakfasts i have had. The staff were accommodating to our needs in terms of organising trips. Would stay again. It was a really great hotel.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Just steps to the Grand Via and a short walk to the palace. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge staff was a great resource. The bathrooms were extemely nice and we really appreciated the fluffy towels and robes. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

One of the most attentive and gracious staff I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Irene was especially helpful. Perfect loctaion with beautiful views and willing to help with any request small or large. Highly recommend!
