Rooms were clean (needs a more modern TV) Staff was nice (front desk) No cookies :( I stayed 1 night, and for me it was not worth the money ($160). Other places offer the same or more for the same or lower price. I chose this DoubleTree because the locations I’ve usually stayed at are really nice and offer cookies, but I had never been to this location and wanted to try it

Room smelled. It had mystery stains on furniture. Peeling paint on ceiling. Lobby under construction. No mention of this when room was booked and they did not waive the cancellation fee. Hope you post this so others don’t stay there.

Construction in the lobby can be feel In the rooms directly since early in the morning, I even left early because you can’t be in the room and the noise is so bad that I can’t not even hear the person in front desk.

On going construction was distracting. We can understand that somewhat but there should have been a notice to the effect on the website; The rooms and furnishings old. Very poor water pressure, slow showers: most unappealing was the attitude of some of the front desk staff. Particularly an older female who seemed irritated by being approached for a simple inquiry. That was quite surprising as a someone “ mature” myself. I would not recommend it.

There was a connecting door to the next room which is thin and we were woken up at 5am because they were so loud talking and laughing. This continued on and we could not get back to sleep.
