"The hotel was awesome, the staff was friendly, location was great, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Petra at the spa and wellness center was the absolute best! "This was my first time visiting Palma and I can say for certain that this is my new go-to hotel for future visits. I will say it is slightly pricey for food/drinks/buffet etc, but the quality and service you get for it balances this out - definitely getting what you pay for. The area itself does have a musical vibe to it but come 23:00/23:30, lights are out and music is off - everyone is very respectful."
