This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located in the quiet community of the highly sought after Snowcreek Phase V. Enjoy sweeping mountain views off the back deck complete with gas grill, or watch a movie on the flatscreen TV and cozy up next to the gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen and living room feature vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan.

The master bedroom upstairs features a King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. The second master bedroom is located downstairs and also features an attached private bathroom, Queen bed, flatscreen TV and outdoor access to the downstairs deck with mountain views. The third bedroom is perfect for singles and is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (4 Twin beds in total) and a flatscreen TV. There is a hallway bathroom and separate laundry room with no wet ski clothes in the morning!

This home offers a private 1-car garage with driveway parking for another vehicle. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.

Great Place

I've stayed at Mammoth hundreds of times. This place really stands out as one of the best. It's very nice, well laid out, has fantastic views and is very quiet. It's extremely roomy for a three bedroom and is super comfortable. My only complains are really minor--the garage is very tight for a larger SUV, and the kitchen supplies (pans, etc) were a bit sub-par. Would definitely stay here again.
