Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Covered parking garage is accessed via key card entry. Lockers for ski gear so you don’t have to haul it up to your room - required. If bringing bikes, must use bike locker inside parking garage that is a chain linked room accessed by keycard entry. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped with pots and pans. Lovely stay!

Stayed one night as a stop on our way to Lake Tahoe. Found the resort to be very clean and QUIET... Staff at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and professional. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. Enjoyed our stay so much, we booked it again as a stop over on our way home. Will not hesitate to stay here again on future travel to Mammoth...

Toilet leaked, the unit 321 is badly in need of an upgrade. Owner apparently doesn’t care. Not worth the money. The overall resort is still beautiful but starting to age. Will stay elsewhere in future visits to my happy place in mammoth lakes.
