Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.

its very dated for the price you pay to stay here. the shower creaks with every step, the hallway carpets are pretty bad. rooms are basic, general store is tiny & generic. wouldn't pay to stay here again.

Great location if you want to be close to Broadway & Discovery Lifts and Main Lodge. More convenient than The Village but lacks the stores of the village. It's your standard hotel room, with a TV, free cable (HBO too), hair dryer with only a coffee/tea maker and mini fridge. No microwave or safe. Does come with a small space heater, box fan and humidifier. Overall happy with the convenience of walking straight to the lifts. Oh parking can be challenging as there are not enough covered parking spots and it's a in there. Small and narrow as you're driving through. Use lots of caution

MMI is gross, but has great location

MMI has the best location on the mountain. it's a shame that they neglect the hotel, have old carpet that is absolutely disgusting, and dont maintain the place at all. I love that Mammoth is not part of Vail... but MMI would be a LOT nicer if it was...

This place is perfect for mammoth trips, but the rooms and building are so run down, and the rooms interior is old,shower head leaking shooting out the side, shower rod falling off the wall, muggy rooms poor circulation. Staff was super friendly and helpful, location is a 5 but the quality of the buildings other than the main lobby are not that great sadly.

Amazing location and facility. Easy access to the ski lift, restaurant onsite, and jacuzzi with a killer view. I highly recommend Mammoth Mountain Inn.

Condo with loft accommodated our large family very nicely, but building VERY tired! Shower door wouldn’t close, water sweep on bottom of door “broken”, kept hitting my head on shower head… Overheard neighbor in the hall tell someone “I can’t believe they haven’t chosen ONE of these buildings to renovate!”
