Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. First the property smeels so good! My sister and I noticed when we wlaked in. The front desk staff Brian checked us in smoithky and quickly and even gave us an upgrade. Parking was smooth and in was very comfortable to sleep. Would definitely come back again.

An affordable option with the perfect location near the lifts and gondola and I liked being away from the village. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean but in need of a renovation. We could hear people walking upstairs so that was kind of annoying. They have outdoor parking and a parking structure. I would, however, consider booking here again because it’s one of the most affordable options.

MMI would be great for those that are into winter sports. Otherwise, something cheaper could be found closer to the village with less amenities. I stayed here recently (sept 5-sept7) for Mammoth Gran Fondo and was never in the room. I will say the facility is nice and convenient. Bar was well stocked and staff very friendly.

When I checked in the desk staff charged me $450 additionally after I already pre-paid saying it was a deposit. Then proceeded to give me a wrong room key and wrong room number. It was remedied but inconvenient. The room is so dated, asbestos ceilings, carpets that look like they were the original carpets from when it was first built, gross spots everywhere. The restaurants were closed in the evening even though it showed on the website that they were open so had to drive into town to get food. I would definitely not go back as I felt like my health was compromised staying in an enclosed room that desperately needs to be looked at by the health department.

Room was clean but needs to update room decor and furniture. T.V was placed under the loft staircase which made T.V watching difficult. Bathroom was very small and in need of remodeling. Property staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room had a problem with the T.V, coffee maker and room refrigerator ( electrical power issue ). I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The place is too old and carpet looks dirty. Room sound insulation is very poor. I was woke up by vomiting from other room's in late night. I will NOT stay here next time.
