The unit features a modern mountain touch with a cozy gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV in the living room with plenty of seating to relax after a long day on the hill. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need. The home comes with free WiFi and a private washer and dryer.
The master bedroom features a King bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is great for kids or a second family with a Queen bed and a bunk bed with two Twins. The second full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and features a standup shower. The living room has a pull out sofabed for additional overnight guests.
Silver Bear is in a great location and provides convenience and security with the heated underground garage, and elevator for easy access (accesible access too). In Winter, it’s an easy 5 min walk up Lakeview Blvd to Canyon Lodge for chairlift access to the slopes or the free Gondola to Mammoth Village and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Canyon Lodge also has a full-service sports shop and retail plus dining and après ski. The bus stop for the Blue Line shuttle and year-round night trolley is very close by which can take you to the slopes or town. The shuttle and Village Gondola run from mid-December to mid-April when Canyon Lodge is open. In Summer, the Lakes area for water sports, biking and hiking are only minutes driving as is the Sierra Star golf course and downtown Mammoth. The Silver Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated underground parking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
