Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features a fully equipped updated kitchen and bathrooms—views of the Gondola. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Perfect place for two families with kids, with a 3rd bedroom featuring 2 sets of bunk beds and 4th bedroom twin beds. The Mammoth Estates community offers excellent amenities with year-round covered hot tub, an outdoor pool (Summer only), and a recreation room that will entertain the kids for days featuring pool table, ping pong table, games and more. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Needs some TLC

This was our second year renting this unit! Last year, other than the refrigerator not being cold, we had a good experience so we decided to rent it again this summer. Well, it was very different this year and we will not be going back. First of all, when the property manager called to let me know the unit was ready for check in she informed me that the dishwasher doesn’t work or the garbage disposal!! Kind of a big deal when you have 10 people in a house planning on cooking and eating meals together! Once again, like last year the refrigerator still doesn’t get cold enough and this year the freezer only gives crushed ice and it took 3 days to make probably 20 cubes! This year the house had a bad smell like someone’s pet had probably had a few accidents in the condo, it was noticeable upstairs and downstairs! The carpet probably needs a shampoo and the couches could use a refresh too. The other major issue was that the key pad battery died and we had to go in thru a window. This property has so much potential but it really needs some TLC!

Mammoth stay

Great location with a 5 minute walk from the gondola. The pool table turned out to be pay to use but the ping pong table was free. The bedrooms and bathrooms were overall very nice.

Great weekend getaway with a large group!

This property was perfect for myself and my 9 other friends! Everyone had a comfortable bed and room. The kitchen is fully stocked! More than enough dishware, silverware, and pots and pans to cook for all of us. The hot tub was lovely, and you can’t beat walking 5 minutes to the gondola!! would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a big family

We had a great time at this condo, it was well stocked and the location can’t be beat! We are planning to come back and stay here again next year! Just a few minor things that would have made the property a smidge better… - we were short a couple of bath towels - the fridge and freezer weren’t cold when we got there and the freezer never got cold enough to keep food frozen - I assumed ( my fault) that there was a washer and dryer because it listed laundry pods and dryer sheets in the list of things included in your stay. Unfortunately there is no laundry available ( I think it might be behind one of the many locked closets) it would be nice to have laundry available after a day of bike riding or to dry wet clothes during ski season! Overall it’s a great place!

Cute condo walking distance from town gondola

Great place that's a five-minute walk from Mammoth's town gondola. We had someone in every bed (including the bunks) and it did get a bit tight at times, but awesome place if you're willing to pack in!

Perfect for our large group!

Location can't be beat. There was plenty of space for our large group to be together but also have our own space with bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. for a large group. Jacuzzi and sauna were great too. Will definitely choose this property again.

Great location, comfortable ski house

Loved our stay at this 4 bedroom home that was walking distance to the Village. It had a lot of beds so it was able to accommodate our group. Check in was difficult, we had to go to a separate office to pick up our "key". But the key was just a code for the entry code. And the code was wrong and the office was closed so we had to call the On Call number. Seems like this could be easily streamlined for efficiency. Otherwise loved our stay.

Great location, comfortable property, dark and dated inside

Overall this ticked almost all our boxes. It had enough bedrooms, beds and bathroom; the location was quite close to the gondola; it was clean; it had a fireplace; they allow pets. The only downsides were that the decor is pretty dated, it was dark inside, and the lighting fixtures were poor (it could use some lamps or at least dimmer switches on the overhead lights).
