The location of Silver Bear 18 can not be beat! You can walk directly to

Canyon Lodge and the gondola that goes to The Village! Relax after a long day

on the mountain in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy unit. Cook meals with

friends and family in the large kitchen that features vintage appliances. The

living room offers a flat screen smart TV and a sectional sofa. PLEASE NOTE:

this living room does not have an operating fireplace. The master bedroom has

a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The Silver

Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball

table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round

sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in

Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated underground parking

garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and

accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

Pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit is pet friendly and can

accommodate 1 pet. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking

is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

Silver Bear 18

The place looked like the pictures, but there was black ash everywhere. The people who stayed in the condo before us did not open the fireplace vent, and there is black on the ceiling in the living room, dining and entryway. The inside of the front door was completely covered and very dirty. Contacted Red Awning and Property Management with no resolution. It impacted our family vacation. Property Management said it needed to be painted. Yes, It needs to be painted, but it needs to be clean!! Property Management pointed the finger at Red Awning, and Red Awaning said it was up to Property Management to correct it. Very disappointed.
