Great location/neighborhood
This condo is located in the Snowcreek property. It's about 5-7 minutes to the Village. My complaints about this place is that it smells like an old cabin that has wet carpet. The smell is so strong that I was able to smell it before I entered the home. There needs to be some deep cleaning of the carpet or something to make it smell better. The home is definitely outdated from the sofas, kitchen table/chairs to the TV in the bedroom. I don't know if the couch has been cleaned, but just looking at it made me feel dirty. It's definitely past it's prime as there's not much structure left and it's very soft. The ceiling in the bathroom has a lot of yellowish stains that is probably mold spores starting to form. They really need to clean that up or put in a better green board to absorb the moisture better. The walls are very thin that you can hear the neighbors and when people are opening/closing their doors.
Of the positives, it's located in a great location. There's a bunk bed right outside of the bathroom. The beds are all firm and conformable to sleep in. The sheets are clean and you are provided enough towels for everyone in your party. There's a microwave, refrigerator, oven/range, coffee maker & blender. Only ended up using the microwave and fridge. I would stay here again, but I will bring lysol and/or air freshener the next time to get rid of the smell.
As for communication, I received an email the day before check in with instructions.
