In the summer months, play horseshoes and fire up one of the grills in the guest BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to whip up homemade meals, while the large living room offers plenty of space to get comfortable and enjoy your favorite movies, along with a wood-burning fireplace so you can warm up after being out in the snow.

The Summit 276 is only about a quarter-mile from Chair 15 Eagle Express at Eagle Lodge Mammoth Mountain. For hiking you can drive just a little over three miles to the Sherwin Lakes trailhead and hike to Sherwin Lake while enjoying expansive mountain vistas. You will also be conveniently close to restaurants, stores, coffee shops, a bowling alley, and the entire town of Mammoth Lakes.
