The "Bed frame" in room 1104 needs to be changed. It has been like this for years. As others have stayed in the same room and it is the same issue. So, not understanding why they will not just get an inexpensive easy fix? updating rooms is recommended

Beautiful grounds, suspect cleanliness

Staff was very helpful when there was a weird clicking in our room... offering to move us,however, when we returned clicking had stopped. Cleanliness was suspect, we found a coffee pod left in the coffee maker, the installed hair dryer did not work and had dust and residue on top of it. When a few things are found, then the rest of the room is in doubt. Room temperature was not able to be changed. We tried to lower the the temp 77.5 degrees, rather warm. The adjusting button did not work. We had to turn on the air conditioner (in October) to get comfortable. Grounds looked nice, we were in and out for business.
