I liked that there were enough beds for our family of 5. That was the only good point.
Either the hotel needs to replace their vacuums or they're not properly vacuuming the premises. The parking lot is full of trash just casually thrown around. Parts of the ceiling are water damaged. The pool looks disgusting. Believe the reviews on Google. The pictures are deceiving, and I feel the water movement / filtration isn't enough to keep up with the pool upkeep.
Our room had counters and surfaces with a layer of dust, Our bathroom fan had a thick coating of black / brown dust coming from the vent. The floor looked like it had been just carelessly vacuumed in the areas you could notice. Behind furniture were remnants of other guests: confetti from a party, stains on the fridge, dresser, oven, stove, etc.
We raised our concerns with the front desk clerk. She said the pool was that color from the chemicals. She also sent housekeeping up to clean again, but when he arrived, there was a language barrier and he only wiped down one surface after advising us not to use the bathroom fan. We will not stay here again. Paid almost $400 and felt like we were staying in a cheap motel. Apparently it's a high crime area. Someone was assaulted and stabbed in the parking lot. Another guest had his room broken into and was assaulted. This property is an embarrassment to the Hilton name.
