Good very comfy and clean rooms/ good TV set up, beds are lovely, good lobby and breakfast area is well designed and very clean. sad the gym. Appeared as « out of service for my second night…. I have my doubts cause it all looked ok (i did go in to fill my water bottle) The management is very polite and helpful. * it would be great to have one of those water fountains/water bottle filling stations…. Like in malls, several hotels have them- access to drinking water is very important when on the road (and in general) Thank you, keep up the good work !

I stayed for 3 nights and 2 out of the 3 nights I had no TV and no WiFi. When I told the front desk they stated the TV’s were out. I laid there in silence for the first 2 nights and felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t relax. The room was also not very clean. There were hairs on the floor in the bathroom that were clearly not mine.
