1. ) The lack of functioning WiFi is one thing. When the TV is dependent on it for basic channels , it snowballs quickly , especially with the Chromecast connectivity problem an obvious 2. ) The shower mixing valve handle completely came off in my fiancé's hand when she went to run the shower. It is not fixable without the proper hex / allen wrench so the shower ran until they were able to get someone from maintenance to fix it. 3 . ) Since I had maintenance in and out of my room I brought up the lack of WiFi / T.V. / Chromecast connectivity issues.

I had spoke to the girl at the desk at La Quinta Prior to my arrival Not once did she mention the wifi was not available And the Televisions (dishtv) Were NOT WORKING either... After we checked in she then mentioned both But was expressing it COULD be back on soon The wifi was some what available Well after midnight And the television never became available As we were leaving that same girl admitted they have not had television connection since last Wednesday I feel they should of disclosed that prior to taking my credit card I would have liked to have the option to find another hotel Though the bed was comfortable

Staff gave us the wrong room number, so we ended up trying an occupied room multiple times until we knew there must have been a mistake. We finally got the right number, just to find that our room had a lounge chair with a massive hole in it, and our bathroom towels all had multiple different hairs in them. We stayed one night and really didn’t expect much, but the bare minimum wasn’t even met.

I stayed four years ago and recalled it being a great value; it still is. Check-in was easy and tje hotel was modern and extremely clean. So was the room which was also comfortable, aside from the TV which was horribly complicated to use (please leave written directions). Breakfast was a nice assortment with plenty of healthy choices. I peeked at the fitness room, but unfortunately had no time to use; it seemed clean and satisfactory. I would definitely stay there again.

We were happy with our stay. Traveled with pets and hotel was very accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Convenient location right off the highway.
