Disliked: Room comfort
Was given a double bed despite being told at reception they had changed it to a twin room
Adjoins door caused major issues from 1.20am noise levels totally unacceptable Front desk was alerted and was told hotel totally full so could not move rooms and also noise wasn’t that bad! Even though it woke nth my daughter and I up ! One hour later after listening to a ‘party’ next door the noise stopped only to be replaced by what can only be described as unacceptable noise levels of sexual behaviour which we were told they could do nothing about
My daughter and I had to leave our room due to the nature and levels of noise we sat in reception whilst a room Was cleaned and was told we would received a refund … a week later still no refund !
The night manager Jose whilst did his best to sort it out there is sadly no follow up to what was an expensive night away with roughly 3 hours sleep ! Still waiting for my refund and an email From
