Booked accessible room:

Regular room
Receptionist said nothing she could do about since we booked through Expedia

Finally she gave us a accessible room
This am: no shower: plumbing in bathtub not
Working :
Receptionist stated would send maintenance up:
Did inform her wouldn't be nessecary we would be checking out.
Once again some garbage about booking
Though you all when I asked about a refund

Why pay whatever amount : whether through Hampton or Expedia
:
Expectation same full functioning room and room I booked
