Room had bad chlorine smell. Tub is dirty / old and gross. No ice on each floor. Entry doors are broken so anyone can come in.

The bed was hard and we couldn't sleep. The toilet over flowed at 6:30 am and when we called down for help, they told us to shut the water off. They didn’t send anyone to help us or even bring us new towels. When I went down to get towels she gave me dirty Looking towels that were all stained. When I asked when someone was coming to help her response was” I don’t have anyone coming for a few hours and shrugged her shoulders. We were checking out an hour later and when I gave her the keys she said “ thanks your all set”! The worst customer service I have ever came across. We were sad because the time before that we were happy with our stay.

Always clean they have upgraded rooms and are pet friendly which is a plus. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and big with comfy beds. Only thing they need to do now is just have breakfast and it will be the best place to stay
