We're given a handycap room across from noisy young patrons. The maintenance and storage closets were diagonally across with noisy staff in and out. Finally, We're picking up to leave in the morning and found tiny dead black insects under the end of the bed. Thank you for offering this discreet chance to voice our concerning experience.

The bed was hard and we couldn't sleep. The toilet over flowed at 6:30 am and when we called down for help, they told us to shut the water off. They didn’t send anyone to help us or even bring us new towels. When I went down to get towels she gave me dirty Looking towels that were all stained. When I asked when someone was coming to help her response was” I don’t have anyone coming for a few hours and shrugged her shoulders. We were checking out an hour later and when I gave her the keys she said “ thanks your all set”! The worst customer service I have ever came across. We were sad because the time before that we were happy with our stay.
