Conveniently located across the street from Marathon Country Club and less then a mile from 2 Major Grocery Stores, Bars, Restaurants, shopping and much more; we guarantee your going to love this well appointed home. Sombrero Beach is 2 miles away and Kayak Adventures start at your dock. You can rent Kayaks, Bikes, Paddle Boards and More an have them delivered and picked up at your door. This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath beautiful home is located on a large private lot in a nice quiet neighborhood. If you love to walk or exercise we have the bike/walking path on Sombrero Beach Road and Keys Fitness Center and Deli close by also.
