Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Loved the coffee on the dock! Only thing was that our floor needed mopping (promptly done when asked housekeeper), everything else was fine. Older property, needs some attention, but good place to stay if you’re not expecting modern, up to date, fancy accommodations (which have a fancy price!). Good value for the price.

Just disappointed that we weren’t told upfront about having to pay for a bag of ice. Also on the map of the property it shows where to go for ice at the ice machine. Otherwise everything else was great

Hotel was updated and clean. However, the room we stayed in had 4 windows and could use blackout curtains. It was very bright in the morning and at night the light from the parking lot shine in the windows.

Reviews sounded good, but are not to be trusted. We would NOT book here again. Place feels dirty, and needs maintenance. Wifi kept shutting off. No ice machine, none availble to purchase until our last day, when we had to purchase an entire bag (wouldn't fit in freezer). Bed okay. Pool looks very nice.

Overall, an absolutely charming little property. The local chickens were a nice touch, atmosphere was good, and the room was excellent. My only issue was my first night I locked the deadbolt, and when I woke up, the lock wouldn’t unlock for a good 5 minutes of trying

We, my teenage granddaughters and me, liked our room, but the beds were squeaky thogh comfortable. The bathroom sink was missing a drain cover and the door needs to be replaced. We didn't have a dresser in our particular room. Parking was there. We had a room right on the lagoon with a lanier, loved it. We saw lots of pelicans and a mom and baby manatee. The fresh coffee every morning was nice. The pool and view from it was pretty. I loved where we were at. The front desk ladies were all nice. We had an issue with our air conditioner and the matainence guy was there to fix it in minutes. I also liked the location, central to where we wanted to go. On a sode note, don't miss Sombrero beach! Only 5 minutes away. Yes, i would stay again.

Overall was good, no big complaints. We had a nice room at the end facing the canal with a nice patio to chill and its netted so not bugs biting you. Big room with full kitchen. Floors wasn’t the cleanness but it was good enough
