Popular south facing 2 bed 2 bath condo overlooking Resident's Beach. Endless views that stretch from Cape Marco all the way to Resident's Beach. Redone throughout offering a king bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Sit on your private balcony and take in the beautiful serenity the world-renown beaches Marco Island has to offer.

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

ATTENTION GULFVIEW RENTERS: The building is working on completing their building and balcony railing project. The north side of the building balcony railings have been completed and they are working on completing the painting and balcony railings on the south end of the building. There is no guarantee the project will be completed before season of 2025 so there may be potential for noise and limited access to balconies at times.

Great condo

Wonderful condo. King bed in master bedroom was so comfortable. Plenty of pillows, bedding and towels. Everything you need for the beach is there. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the furniture in the living room. Not very comfortable
