The No. 3 is a sleek, modern, condo in the heart of Downtown Marfa. This building was gut-renovated in 2017 after sitting empty (for sale) for over a decade and now houses a mix of uses from residential to office space. This unit has a prime location right in the core of Downtown Marfa next to Mutual Friends Coffee Shop, Alta Marfa Tasting Room, and one block from The Chinati Wool Building, JUDD Art Studio, Highland Avenue retail, and Hotel Paisano. The Sentinel, Marfa Spirit Company, Hotel Saint George, Marfa Wine Company, Planet Marfa, Para LLevar, and Hotel Saint George are all within a few blocks!

The No. 3 is the center unit of our building and does not share any amenities with neighbors. It has two privacy walled porches, high ceilings, a marble bathroom, black concrete floors, and is furnished with a mix and modern and vintage. We provide luxury linens, premium kitchen accoutrements, and upscale bath products. BBT Fiber Internet, 65" Samsung SmartTV and full size washer and dryer in the unit!

The bedroom has a king size bed (new in 2024) and settee with direct access to the back patio. The living area has sofa that folds into a twin bed, a desk and bistro table. The privacy walled entry patio has a lounge area with corner sofa and chair.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Presidio County Courthouse. Features include laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.
