Cleanest room ever

I was so very pleased with my stay at this Best Western hotel. It was nice to arrive to find such a welcoming person working the front desk. And I was so very impressed by the cleanliness of the room, as it was absolutely spotless!! The only minor drawback was that the lighting in the room was a bit dim, since there was no overhead lighting. But if I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay at this hotel, as it was a true bargain.

Hotel appeared clean however when we entered our room, the bathroom needed attention. I cleaned the toilet and picked up the dog kibble that was on the floor. The bed was good but the pillows were very flat and not comfortable at all. The sheets were clean and the rest of the room was ok. Breakfast was good.

The pool water and room were cold, when I told the staff, they corrected the temperature and we were able to use the pool the next day

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and they have tried to update it. Our table lamp did not work, the pool is cold, and the linens are stained from years of use. It does the job, but isn’t the newest or cleanest place if that is a deal breaker for you.

Horrible stay somewhere else. Dirty.

We had to switch room twice. The first time the room was still wasn't fully cleaned, second time there was an exposed light switch. We got to the third room there was hair all over the back of the toilet. Then while we were gone the picture that was hanging on the wall fell and the frame broke. The bedding was really worn out. I HIGHLY recommend staying somewhere else. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible.
