There was no microwave as advised therefore forcing us to spend monies on food that was sub-par at best at The Draft House -the oysters were not worth the prices at all; very small, mostly just some salty breading stuff. The chicken & sausage gumbo SUCKED- very very greasy couldn't eat at all. The cheesburger made my husband very sick. Now the bartender that served our drinks while we waited for our order was great, very nice and prompt. The lady that checked us out this morning was AMAZING - SUPER NICE definitely should get a raise. The bed was comfortable. The AC was super loud and kept me up. There was no coffee pods (only 1 pod was avaliable and it was tea NOT coffee). I am glad that we didn't pay full price as I would have been livid. Room was worth the 90$ - food was NOT worth 75$.

The room was great and the service is amazing. I thought I didn't have to make a payment according to Expedia but I call the hotel and they required the first night stay. I'm not sure how that happened

The rooms we're decent but we called twice for assistance and they never came. Once for an issue with the television. They never cleaned the rooms so we asked for towels and they never brought them.

The room was clean but in disrepair. The light was hanging from the ceiling broken in the bathroom. The plug in magnification mirror did not light up or work. The tv also had fuzzy lines thru the screen. The food onsite was fantastic though- we enjoyed the drafthouse when we went for a quick dinner(although the service was slow and we never got the drinks we ordered). We enjoyed the top golf swing suite the following day with much better service. We also had a great meal at the steakhouse and our kids loved kids quest!

There was not a disclosure stating that its first come first serve EVEN AFTER YOU PAID FOR THE ROOM! I put half down to hold my room in the new atrium side and they gave me the old side that’s outdated and dirty. My shower had hair all in it, no towels, beds were dirty, and receptionist were so rude for no reason. Not to mention they up charged me due to switching rooms even tho I already paid for it! I use to love this place but idk now. I will say the concert was AMAZING! I love Cupid and Marcellus! It was a vibe. Pool was nice! Love the trees and alligators but other than that for how much I paid, IT WAS NOT WORTH IT!
