It was my first time staying at the lovely paragon. I just love the casino itself though the machines were tight. I know the prices fluctuates, but i caught a great deal. Love love love the alligators,pools,gym,and more so the theater. Didnt check out the shops or restaurants but i will next time. My stay was fir one day so i didnt get to do much.The rooms are spacious. Beds and pillows super soft and comfortable. Love the big Tv. Ac was just right.Rooms just need a microwave. Didnt find the refrigerator until checkout day. The fridge needs to be visible or the guest told its in a cabinet, though i usually look around the room. Was tired so i didnt really peep in the drawers and cabinets. Lol. My dislikes: Showers needs to be lit up. Cant see the cleanliness of it. The floor wasnt mopped well and toilet had hair on it. The headboard was very dusty that it set off my son's allergies and the glass toppers on tables needs cleaning underneath. I always bring my cleaning supplies so i touched up the place. Wasnt too quiet with kids screaming at one point but it got better. Just a few flaws but im not letting that stop me from returning. I will be back and my return will be soon. Loved Paragon. ❤️❤️

We were very disappointed in the quality of the room, considering the price per night. It was not very well kept up and we were missing body wash in the shower. The container was empty. The coffee pot didn't work and could have been cleaned. there was no desk chair at the desk and there was wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. an additional $50.00 was added to the price at check in with little explanation of the reason for it being added. if you wanted to check in early, that was also an additional $50.00. The room that was booked for us was not a non smoking room, so that had to be changed upon arrival. We were surprised to see that the casino is not a smoke free environment.

I arrived at night and it was a bit confusing on where the hotel guests should arrive vs the casino entrance. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming. Almost like an inconvenience to check me in. The outside was a bit dirty. As far as the hotel room, needs more lighting in room but was very clean. It’s an older hotel but well maintained. Very kid friendly. I would stay again.
